5* Food Hygiene Rating

Today we had a visit from the Food Standards Agency where they reviewed both of the kitchens here at Oakdene Care Home. The Food Standards Agency looks at how we work, our food safety management system, the types of food we make and prepare and many other areas.  We are delighted to share that the Oakdene team smashed it and retained their 5* rating. A very well done to Andy and his team of kitchen porters.

Residents at Oakdene Care Home can choose from a selection of delicious food on our menu for every mealtime. Our chef and kitchen staff works hard to create meals that are both varied and nutritious, always taking into consideration residents food preferences and dietary requirements.
